A woman with purple hair sits on a wooden chair in a rustic, sunlit room, wearing a black sleeveless top and a black-and-white patterned skirt. She is surrounded by home decor, including a carved wooden screen, a small wooden stool with dried flowers, and a table with a blue bowl.

Hi, I'm Mia

I’m a ceramicist and textile artist in Savannah, Georgia. My work starts with curiosity about color, surface, and what happens when materials are allowed to move. The goal has never been perfection. It’s about what the clay and color have to teach me.

Home is a sanctuary to me, and I treat mine like an altar: the place I tend and the things I choose to keep close. I make pieces from my home to yours, for homes that are loved and lived in, to bring a little magic into everyday moments.

Bio

Mia is a ceramicist and textile artist originally from Seattle, Washington, and now based in Savannah, Georgia. Her work centers on color, pattern, and the fluid motion of materials. Each piece develops organically, shaped by curiosity rather than a predetermined outcome. Her ceramic forms balance bold color with tactile, handbuilt surfaces, drawing from the same intuitive approach that has defined her textile practice for over fifteen years.

Mia works from her home studio in Savannah, where she continues to explore what clay and color have to teach her.
