Offering Vessel No. 2 | Marbled Handbuilt Ceramic Candle Vessel

A strange, wonderful little vessel for candles, dried flowers, and whatever else you want to keep close.

The second vessel in my Offering Collection, this piece grew in scale from where the series began. The dark, mottled surface looks almost geological, but it’s simply natural stoneware clay and dyed black porcelain, worked together by hand. An organic flow.

Small pockets and perches branch off the main form, each built for something different: taper candles, palo santo, cone incense, dried botanicals, or a few kept stones.

Like the first, this piece is one of one, and part of a collection I hope to keep growing.
