Returns & Exchanges

Pottery & Marbled Works:
Each piece I create is one-of-a-kind and made with care and attention to detail. Because of their unique nature, I don't accept returns or exchanges.

Workshops & Private Events:

All workshop fees and deposits are non-refundable once your workshop or private event has been confirmed. When you book with us, we immediately begin preparing for your experience—ordering custom materials, reserving studio space, and blocking off time specifically for your group. These preparations involve upfront costs that cannot be recovered if an event is cancelled.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your workshop, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to find an alternative date that works for everyone.

If There's an Issue

If you feel that your item was misrepresented in any way, please reach out to me directly at wellhello@miaamanda.com. I value your satisfaction and will consider each situation on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping & Delivery

• I generally ship within 3-7 business days after your order is placed. If there are any shipping delays due to out of town markets or vacations I post a banner to my homepage letting folks know. If you need something in a hurry please email me to discuss options.

• You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships. If you do not see this email please check your spam and promo folders before reaching out.

• I take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely.

• I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. I know it is so disappointing and frustrating when that happens, but once the package leaves my hands it is in the care of the delivery service.
